New Patient General Dentistry Appointment – Terms & Conditions
New patient appointments are available at participating practices for an introductory price of £65 reduced from the standard price of £111. This is only available between 01/02/2026 and 31/03/2026. For the offer to apply, the appointment must be booked and attended before 23:59 on 31/03/2026.

This offer is open to all individuals who are new patients at Cheltenham Spa Dental and Implant Clinic.

The appointment includes a routine dental check-up and up to 2 X-rays, subject to the treating clinician’s absolute discretion, determining whether X-rays are required. Any additional X-rays or treatments are not included and will be charged separately, unless agreed in writing with the patient.

The reduced price will not apply to appointments booked for any other treatment. This is an introductory price point, and existing patient fees will apply for future appointments. All other sales are final. Appointments are subject to availability. Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with any required treatment. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable will be charged at an additional cost. In the event that Cheltenham Spa Dental and Implant Clinic is not able to facilitate an appointment under this pricing, Cheltenham Spa Dental and Implant Clinic will use reasonable efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the appointment must be cancelled in the event that Cheltenham Spa Dental and Implant Clinic is unable to facilitate the appointment and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund will be issued to the patient.

This cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Cheltenham Spa Dental and Implant Clinic will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the dental check up. If any treatments are required following a dental check-up, Cheltenham Spa Dental and Implant Clinic will exercise reasonable care to ensure that the treatment provided is safe and effective. However, Cheltenham Spa Dental and Implant Clinic cannot guarantee that the treatment will be free from all risks. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues, we encourage you to contact the Practice immediately so that we can address your concerns. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights, including any claims for personal injury that may arise due to negligence. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. We may update these conditions from time to time. We will communicate material changes clearly and in advance, where practicable. If any part of these conditions becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Clear Aligner Open Day Terms and Conditions- 9th February 2026

Offer is only valid for those who attend the open day on 09/02/2026 and confirms treatment by 28/02/2026. The Clear Aligner offer only applies where the first appointment in relation to this offer is booked and attended before 23:59 on 31/03/2026. Free home teeth whitening only at the end of treatment. This offer is open for all individuals who are existing and new patients at Cheltenham Spa Dental & Implant Clinic.

Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with Clear Aligners. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for Clear Aligners and will be charged at an additional cost.

The offer will not apply to appointments booked for an initial consultation only. Appointments are subject to availability and are with Dr James Hurst only. In the event that the treatment is paid for upfront in full the discount will be applied at the point of payment.

Payments are subject to the standard practice policy which is available upon request. The Clear Aligner discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments.

All sales are final. In the event that Dr James Hurst is unavailable for any appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Cheltenham Spa Dental & Implant Clinic will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. The Clear Aligner discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Cheltenham Spa Dental & Implant Clinics negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. Cheltenham Spa Dental & Implant Clinic can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
